food? goals? i just dunno

I am a bad little blogger! I am always writing things down, journaling (why does spell check not know this word?), recording, then forget to put them here.... all those good ideas that should be shared with the world HAHA.  I would put it on my TODO list if I could ever remember to look at that list I work so hard to make!

Today I found a post with a blog that has tons of good recipes so I thought I would share it:

I do not know why that is lavender in the background but trying to fix it hurt my head.

As for me, I have been working hard to keep on my goals I have set and have made some progress YAHOOTIES... slacked on the workouts for a couple weeks HOWEVER I kept eating good, didn't gain anything back. Jumped back on my workouts tonight and was very happy to see I could still do all my pushups! (flashback.... October 1... start of new workout... barely eeked out one pushup... fast forward to November... 13 pushups and 4" off my ass OH YEA!)

This month I am focusing on getting some easy, healthy, veggie filled recipes we will all like. Hmmm.... now I just came up with a new/old goal... MAKE MY OWN COOKBOOK of family favorite recipes. I started one I write the yummy and easy recipes out and save them for when my son moves out on his own.  Time to get back on that one!

Then again, if I give them all to him does that mean he will never call again? Yea, he'll call when he runs out of food!
